NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The following final terms (the "Final Terms") are available for
viewing:

GBP750,000,000 Floating Rate 2019-1 Series 1 Class A1 Notes due
October 2054 (the "Class A1 Notes");
GBP500,000,000 Floating Rate 2019-1 Series 1 Class A2 Notes due
October 2054 (the "Class A2 Notes");
GBP215,460,000 Floating Rate 2019-1 Series 1 Class Z Notes due
October 2054 (the "Class Z Notes");
(the "2019-1 Notes")
under its Residential Mortgage-Backed Note Issuance Programme
(the "Programme").

The Company has been informed by Santander UK plc as Seller that
it intends to notify the European Securities and Markets Authority
("ESMA") in respect of the designation of the 2019-1 Notes under,
the 'simple, transparent and standardised' ("STS") framework of the
Securitisation Regulation (the "STS Notification"). The Seller
intends to make such STS Notification on or about 15 October
2019.
Capitalised terms used in this Notice shall, unless defined
herein or the context otherwise requires, bear the meanings given
to them in the Eleventh Amended and Restated Master Definitions and
Construction Schedule dated 25 September 2019 and the Eighth
Amended and Restated Master Issuer Master Definitions and
Construction Schedule dated 13 September 2019, which can also be
viewed via the link provided above and/or obtained from the office
of the Principal Paying Agent specified above.
