The following Base Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

The base prospectus dated 14 January 2022 (the "Base Prospectus") for use in connection with certain notes issued from time to time by Silverstone Master Issuer PLC under its GBP35 billion residential mortgage-backed note issuance programme (the "Programme").

The Base Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
