GBP550,000,000 Series 2018-1 Class 2A Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due 21 January 2070

(Reg S ISIN: XS1770381215, Rule 144A ISIN: XS1770381306; Reg S Common Code: 177038121, Rule 144A Common Code: 177038130) (the Series 2018-1 Class 2A Notes)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 2018-1 Class 2A Notes on 21 July 2023 issued pursuant to the Issuer's Residential Mortgage Backed Note Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 2018-1 Class 2A Notes, the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 2018-1 Class 2A Notes on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 2018-1 Class 2A Notes with effect on 23 August 2023 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
