Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bonds that, following discussions between the Stonewater Group and Greenoak Housing Association Limited (Greenoak), the acquisition of Greenoak by Stonewater (5) Limited has been approved by the Boards of each of Greenoak, Stonewater (5) Limited and Stonewater Limited (the parent of the Stonewater Group).

The intended effective date for the acquisition is 31 December 2022.

Greenoak, a charitable community benefit society with registered number 20859R and a registered provider of social housing with registration number L1393, owns and/or manages around 550 affordable homes across Surrey and East and West Sussex.

Stonewater Limited will remain the parent of the Stonewater Group.
