ARQIVA FINANCING PLC (the "Issuer")

Completion of working capital facility and liquidity facility

The Issuer announces the completion of a GBP100,000,000 revolving working capital facility, with Arqiva Financing No. 1 Limited as borrower on 9 July 2021.

The Issuer announces that it has given notice to cancel its existing liquidity facility (with the Issuer and Arqiva Financing No. 1 Limited as borrowers), with such cancellation to take effect on 16 July 2021. The Issuer announces the completion of a new GBP150,000,000 liquidity facility, with the Issuer and Arqiva Financing No. 1 Limited as borrowers, on 9 July 2021, which is to take effect on 16 July 2021 simultaneously with the cancellation of its existing liquidity facility.
