    Bishopsgate Asset Finance Limited (the "Issuer") Announces Intention to Consult with Noteholders


    On 20 June, 2008 Moody's Investors Service, Inc. downgraded the Series 1 �203,680.000 Guaranteed Asset Backed Fixed Rate Notes due
August 2044 (ISIN: XS0263456344, the "Notes") issued by the Issuer from Baa3 to Ba2. In response to subsequent feedback received from
noteholders by the Arranger of the issue of the Notes, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS"), concerning the impact of this downgrade, the
Directors of the Issuer have requested that RBS enter into discussions with noteholders, through the Association of British Insurers
("ABI"), to consider the options available to the Issuer to deal with such noteholder concerns. These discussions are expected to be
initiated in the next few weeks.
