RNS Announcement - Change of Auditors

Meridian Hospital Company PLC (the "Company") hereby gives notice that the Company has received agreement from both the Board and Bond Trustees To accept the resignation of BDO LLP as the Company's auditor and appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC LLP) as the Company's auditor to hold office to the end of the next period, appointing auditors under section 485(2) of the Companies Act 2006, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors.

The Board agreed this at the Annual General Meeting held 26 September 2023 and was confirmed by the Bond Trustees 3 January 2024.
