Publication of Pricing Supplements

The following pricing supplements (the "Pricing Supplements") are available for viewing:

Pricing Supplements for Quadgas Finance plc guaranteed upon issue by Quadgas Midco Limited and Quadgas Pledgeco Limited:

(i) GBP 70,000,000 3.29 per cent. Fixed Rate Guaranteed Secured Series 5 Notes due 2030 (the "Series 5 Pricing Supplement"); and

(ii) GBP 225,000,000 3.42 per cent. Fixed Rate Guaranteed Secured Series 6 Notes due 2033 (the "Series 6 Pricing Supplement");

each issued under its GBP5,000,000,000 Secured Debt Issuance Programme (the "Programme").

The Pricing Supplements contain the contractual terms of the notes and must be read in conjunction with the Listing Particulars dated 14 December 2017 (the "Listing Particulars") which constitutes listing particulars for the purposes of Listing Rule 2.2.11 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
