Octavia to join Abri as a subsidiary
Radian Capital Plc (the Issuer)
£100,000,000 6 per cent. Secured Bonds due
2042;
£100,000,000 4.622 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044;
and
£200,000,000 5.029 per cent. Secured Bonds due
2049
(the
Bonds)
The boards of Abri Group Limited
(Abri) and Octavia Housing
(Octavia) have approved
proposals for Octavia to become a wholly owned subsidiary of
Abri.
The target date for formal
completion is by the end of December, subject to Octavia
shareholder approval and lender consents.
Discussions about a potential
partnership were first announced in November 2023.
