Release of debt under GBP88,122,000 9.00 per cent. Callable Subordinated Notes 
due 2015

The Company announces that the debt in respect of a total of GBP18,355,000 of 
the 9.00 per cent. Callable Subordinated Notes due 2015 (the "Notes") issued by 
it, representing approximately 20.83% per cent. of the total issued principal 
amount, has today been released by the holder of the Notes. 
 
 
All released Notes will be cancelled.
