The Company has today given notice to the Holders of the Preferred Securities 
through Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg of the adjournment of the meeting 
scheduled for 10.00 CET on Thursday, 23 April 2009 at the offices of Clifford 
Chance, S.L. Avenida Diagonal 682, 08034 Barcelona, Spain (the "Initial 
Meeting"), for want of quorum. 
 
 
The meeting of Holders of the Preferred Securities has been adjourned to Friday, 
24 April 2009 at 9.00 CET at the offices of Clifford Chance, S.L. Avenida 
Diagonal 682, 08034 Barcelona, Spain.
