SOVEREIGN HOUSING CAPITAL PLC

Rita Akushie has been appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer at Sovereign, following the imminent departure of Mark Hattersley.

Rita has over 20 years experience in affordable housing, including Deputy Chief Executive at London-based Newlon Group and most recently CFO at Thames Valley Housing.

Rita joins Sovereign on 15 October and will work with the leadership team, building on our strong financial performance as we look to deliver our large scale transformation and ambitious development programme.
