Chief Financial Officer Appointment

Tracey Barnes has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Sovereign. This follows a long and successful 20-year career with Diageo, where most recently she held the job of MD, Business Services, India. Tracey, a PWC trained chartered accountant, is an experienced CFO with a strong background in commercial finance, will join Sovereign on 21 October.

Sovereign comprises of a Group of companies, a member of which is Sovereign Housing Capital PLC, which is a special purpose vehicle established for the purpose of incurring indebtedness and lending the proceeds thereof to members of the Group.
