                      BEA-TRADING ANNOUNCEMENT OWN SHARES




The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 23,500 of its own shares,
being 13,500 A-shares and 10,000 B-shares for NOK 167.51 and NOK 151.00 per
share respectively.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 146,500 of its own
shares, being 88,500 A-shares and 58,000 B-shares.

The number of outstanding shares after this is 59,548,556.
