Great Hall Mortgages No.1 plc confirms that, on 25(th) November 2016, the legal title to the mortgages previously owned by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. has, with consent of the Issuer, the Series Portfolio Seller, the Security Trustee, the Series Note Trustee, the Series Master Servicer, the Service Guarantor, the Series Portfolio Collection Account Provider and the Remaining Parties, been novated to Rooftop Mortgages Limited. There are no other changes to the structure of the transaction.
