The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 16 April 2020 in respect of an issue by Toyota Finance Australia Limited of EUR 750,000,000 1.584 per cent. Notes due 21 April 2022 (the "2022 Notes").

Final Terms dated 16 April 2020 in respect of an issue by Toyota Finance Australia Limited of EUR 500,000,000 2.004 per cent. Notes due 21 October 2024 (the "2024 Notes").

Final Terms dated 16 April 2020 in respect of an issue by Toyota Finance Australia Limited of EUR 500,000,000 2.280 per cent. Notes due 21 October 2027 (the "2027 Notes").

Each of the 2022 Notes, the 2024 Notes and the 2027 Notes, respectively, are issued under the EUR50,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the 2022 Notes, the Final Terms in respect of the 2024 Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the 2027 Notes, respectively, must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 13 September 2019, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 13 November 2019, 3 December 2019, 10 February 2020, 2 March 2020 and 3 April 2020 including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129) in order to obtain all the relevant information.

Full information on Toyota Finance Australia Limited, and in respect of the offer of the 2022 Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the 2022 Notes, and in respect of the offer of the 2024 Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the 2024 Notes, and in respect of the offer of the 2027 Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the 2027 Notes.
