This notice announces the partial repurchase by National Bank of
Abu Dhabi during the months of November & December 2011 of a
further aggregate of AED 24.5 million (AED 24,500,000) of
outstanding NBAD 2018 Subordinate Convertible Notes (ISIN
XS0346928749), which are listed on the London Stock Exchange. The
repurchased Notes have been cancelled and retired reducing the
aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes to AED 1.04
billion (AED 1,043,290,000).
