The shareholders of Yarlington Housing Group (which includes Yarlington Treasury Services) have today approved the change to the rules of Yarlington which will enable it to become a subsidiary of Radian Group Limited (which includes Radian Capital plc) once the rule changes have been registered with the Financial Conduct Authority as registrar for Community Benefit Societies such as Yarlington. The Board of Radian Group Limited has also met today and agreed to accept Yarlington as a subsidiary of Radian Group Limited.
