Aurum (Cayman) Limited (Obligor of TFG Sukuk I Limited), one of Dubai's leading real estate developers and property management companies is pleased to announce its unaudited financial highlights for the six-month period ended 30 June 2023.

Financial Highlights

-- Revenue from unit sales for the period of AED 670m is 55% higher than the same period in 2022;

   --    Revenue from hospitality operations of AED 87m is 34% higher than the same period in 2022; 
   --    Total income of AED 972m is 63% higher than the same period in 2022; 
   --    EBITDA(1) of AED 277m is 79% higher than the same period in 2022;

-- Net cash generated from operating activities(2) of AED 41m is 175% higher than the same period in 2022;

   --    Total assets of AED 3,246m is 14% higher than the same period in 2022; 
   --    Total equity of AED 728m is 113% higher than the same period in 2022;
