Eversholt Funding plc is pleased to announce that it's public bonds have been assigned a Baa2 rating with a stable outlook by Moody's Investors Service. The public bonds to which the rating has been assigned are:

   Eversholt Funding plc      GBP300m 5.831% due 2020 
   Eversholt Funding plc      GBP400m 6.359% due 2025 
   Eversholt Funding plc      GBP400m 6.697% due 2035 
   Eversholt Funding plc      GBP400m 3.529% due 2042
