shares  of Murray Enterprise PLC, and it is therefore no longer appropriate
for disclosures of its interests to be made under s.198 of the Act.  Kleinwort
Benson Securities Limited therefore no longer has a disclosable interest in
these shares under s.198 of the Act.  Dresdner Bank AG, Dresdner Investments
(UK) plc, Zenon Beteiligungs GmbH and Kleinwort Benson Group plc, who are
parts of Kleinwort Benson group and for that reason had an interest in the
shares in which Kleinwort Benson Securities Limited were interested, also no
longer have a disclosable interest in the shares of Murray Enterprise PLC
s.198 of the Act.
