ALPHA AIRPORTS GROUP PLC (the "Company")

The Directors of Alpha Airports Group PLC announce that 1,590,563 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each will be allotted to Shareholders who have elected the scrip
dividend alternative for the Interim Dividend for the year ending 31st
January, 2000.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Limited for admission
of the new Ordinary Shares to the Official List.  These new Ordinary Shares
will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.  Dealings are expected
to commence on 24th November, 1999.

Copies of this announcement may be obtained from the Company's registered

period of 14 days, and at the Company Announcements Office of the London Stock
