Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Ltd for 190,535
Ordinary Shares of 10p each to be admitted to the Daily Official List.  The
Shares to be issued result from elections under the Company's Scrip Dividend
Alternative Offer in respect of the Interim Dividend for the year ending 31st
January 1998.  Dealings are expected to commence on 19th November 1997.
