("Ablon" or the "Company")
New Director Disclosures
Further to the announcement of the 28 March 2013 regarding the
appointment to the board of Ablon of Mr Radovan Vitek, Mr Martin
Nemecek and Mr Jiri Dedera with effect from 27 March 2013 ("New
Directors") the Company lists below the directorships and
partnerships of each New Director, both as at today's date and
those which they have held in the past five years.
Mr Radovan Vitek currently holds 69,681,642 ordinary shares in
Ablon Group Limited ("Ablon") indirectly through his wholly owned
subsidiary, CPI Group, a.s. ("CPI"). CPI launched an offer for the
remaining Ablon ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) on 13
March 2013 (the "Offer"). CPI announced that, as at 1.00 p.m.
(London time) on 3 April 2013 (being the first closing date for the
Offer), it had received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect
of a total of 57,191,181 Ablon ordinary shares. Once settlement of
those acceptances under the Offer occurs, Mr. Vitek will hold in
aggregate 126,872,823 Ablon ordinary shares indirectly through CPI,
representing approximately 92.65 per cent. of the existing issued
share capital of Ablon."
Mr Martin Nemecek and Mr Jiri Dedera, do not hold any Ordinary
Shares.

Founded in 1993 in Budapest (Hungary), ABLON and its
subsidiaries (together the "ABLON Group") has properties at 33
locations, of which there are 15 completed projects and 23
development projects in Budapest, Prague, Bucharest and Warsaw. Its
