Asian Citrus announces that the Company's total issued share capital as at 31 December 2013 consists of 1,249,637,884 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is also 1,249,637,884.

This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
