          Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the "Company")

                              Funds Update

The Company wishes to confirm the Irish Stock Exchange has approved the
distribution of circulars to investors in the  Absolute Return Europe Fund
Limited, Absolute European Catalyst Fund Limited, Absolute Octane Fund Limited
and Absolute  East West Fund Limited setting out the Company's proposals to
restructure these funds to create "side pocket" share  classes.

The circulars have accordingly been posted to the Company's website at
www.abcapman.com/restructuring and will today be  disseminated to fund investors
by the funds' administrator, Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (IOM) Limited. The
return date  for completed circulars is 19 October 2007.

The terms of the proposed fund restructuring are broadly similar to those
previously announced, however, following  discussions with numerous fund
investors, the proposals now include provisions under which investors may redeem
up to  an aggregate 30% of their investments in the funds' liquid share classes
on scheduled redemption days over the  following 12 months.

Consent of investors holding not less than two thirds of each fund's shares is 
needed to implement the proposals.
