                           Disclosure of Shareholding



The Company was notified on 27 June 2006 that as at close of business on 20 June
2006 The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has a notifiable interest in 10,743,180
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.45% of the Company's current
issued capital.



Of these shares 10,396,480 are held by Goldman, Sachs & Co (a wholly owned
subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.) acting as custodian for its
customers and 346,700 shares are held beneficially by Goldman Sachs
International, also a subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
