                      Opening of Zurich office - sixth in Europe

                                  Highlights


  * Advance Visual Communications plc ("Advance") announces opening of
    office in Zurich as part of its continuing European expansion programme

Advance Visual Communications plc, the AIM listed Internet Professional
Services (IPS) provider, today announces the opening of its Zurich office. The
opening follows the announcement earlier this year of Advance's acquisition of
Click Online, the Berlin based Internet consultancy.

The Zurich office will consolidate Advance's presence in its prime European
market and further accelerates the company's strategy to become a leading
Internet Professional Services (IPS) company. The Zurich opening is Advance's
first example of organic growth and follows the success of its existing Geneva
office.

Massoud Amiri, Chief Executive Officer of Advance, said: "Our entry into the
Swiss-German market did not require an acquisition. Market knowledge coupled
with the execution ability of our Geneva office proved a faster route to this
lucrative market where more than 60% of the Swiss economy is in the
German-speaking part of Switzerland."
