ADVANCE VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS Plc ("AVC" or the "Company")


TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and AIM
Notice 25, the Company announces the following information regarding the voting
rights and capital in respect of the shares of the Company.


AVC has in issue 230,492,847 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p with voting rights all of
which are admitted to trading on AIM.


AVC does not hold any shares in treasury.


AVC does not have any other class of share which has voting rights.


AVC has in issue 161,575,486 Deferred Shares of 0.9p each which are non-voting,
are not entitled to receive a dividend and upon a return of assets on a winding
up entitle holders only to a repayment of the amount paid up on each share after
payment of the capital paid up on the Ordinary Shares plus the payment of
#10,000,000 per Ordinary Share.


Consequently AVC's total number of voting rights is 230,492,847 and this figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in AVC, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
