The Company has also revised the notes to its financial statements for that period to provide additional disclosure. The revisions in the Company's Form 20-F and management's discussion and analysis also provide additional disclosure regarding the reporting of non-GAAP measures and the Company's accounting policies and include some updated information. The amended filings respond to comments Agnico-Eagle received from staff at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
