Dude, this is clean. ATVK was also suspended so they had much more hoops to jump through more than CNNA. OTCM sponsors a 211 and it gets quoted via OTC Link. So many expert market tickers did it the same way. They just need to fulfill Form 10 requirements here. Or better yet, just go to OTCIQ.

Another possible reason, in the decision to leach instead of smelt at this time, is that there's PGM's mixed in with the gold and silver in the concentrates. PGMs are less reactive and have much higher melting points than gold, which can affect their recovery in smelting.

I do not think most here understand that you can only take advantage of leveraging with debt if you can service with cash flow OR can satisfy with higher stock prices. Taking on debt that you then have to sell shares at a much lower price down the line is the WORST scenario. But who needs facts
