Tender Offer - Final Distribution and Tender Price

Final distribution

The Company is pleased to announce that all assets in the Tender Pool have now been fully realised. As a result, a payment of a third and final distribution will be made to Tendering Shareholders at a rate of 0.31576448 pence in respect of each validly tendered Ordinary Share. The distribution payment will be made on 9 February 2018. CREST accounts will be credited on 9 February 2018 under the terms of the Tender Offer announced on 3 February 2017.

Tender price

The Company is now in a position to publish the Tender Price as defined in the Circular dated 3 February 2017. The Tender Price is 70.81 pence.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular dated 3 February 2017.
