AGA FOODSERVICE GROUP PLC

BOARD CHANGES



Non-executive director, John Lovering, has informed the Board of his intention
to resign from the Board with immediate effect due to other business
commitments. A search for a replacement is underway and a further announcement
will be made in due course.  Paul Dermody, the former Chief Executive of De Vere
Hotels, replaces John as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Peter Tom, Chief
Executive of Aggregate Industries, becomes Senior Non-Executive Director.  The
composition of the Board and its committees is set out below.
