AGA CREATES NEW IRON AGE


Aga Foodservice Group plc announces a series of initiatives giving a new look
to its Aga Rayburn operations.

The objective is to highlight the appeal of Aga to a slightly younger, affluent
urban market where 'Iron Age Woman' and 'Iron Age Man' are to be found.  The
campaign will show the Aga as a design icon in contemporary as well as
traditional settings.  Aga shops will be launching ranges of Iron Age tools,
including Aga's own cast iron cookware.  New brochures, videos and sales
documentation will support a national press advertising campaign.

Complementing these initiatives, Aga has just launched the 'Signature' range of
designer colours including 'Aubergine', 'Heather', 'Pistachio', 'Terracotta'
and 'Wedgwood Blue'.  Coming soon is the new double companion, a conventional
range cooker with the unmistakable appearance of an Aga with its cast iron
enamelled front and doors.

Aga has these timeless products for those that share "A sense of place; a sense
of purpose".
