AGA FOODSERVICE GROUP plc

DISCOUNTS FOR SHAREHOLDERS

Aga Foodservice Group plc is to offer shareholders a 10% discount on purchases
totalling #500 or more from Aga shops, Cookcraft and Fired Earth.  The offer
applies to purchases between 1st September and 31st March 2002 by individuals
holding shares for 30 days on the date of purchase.  The offer applies to a
single application and the maximum refund is #500.  The scheme will be managed
through the Group's Head Office with cheques being forwarded to shareholders on
proof of purchase and shareholding.

Details of the scheme are to be sent to shareholders with the interim accounts.
