Disclosure of Interest Notice - Companies Act 1985 Part VI

In compliance with Part VI of the above Act, we write to inform you of the new
aggregate shareholding in your company held by Britannic Investment Managers
Limited.

Following the acquisition of 1,331,362 ordinary shares we now have an aggregate
holding of 6,626,391 ordinary shares as at 7 February 2002.  This represents an
increase in our notifiable interest from 4.16% to 5.22% of the shares in issue.
