     AGA FOODSERVICE COMPLETES LEISURE COOKERS AND FLAVEL FIRES DISPOSALS


Aga Foodservice Group announces the completion of the sales of its Leisure and
Flavel cooker brands and related stock to BEKO UK for up to £5.4 million and of
its Flavel fire brand and related stock and tooling to CFM Kinder Limited for
£1.15 million.

The sales are part of the repositioning process announced in January 2002.  The
Group's Leamington Spa production facilities will focus on the development of
the Rangemaster brand and will be a centre of excellence for the Group's range
cookers.
