Disclosure of Interest Notice - Companies Act 1985 Part VI

In compliance with Part VI of the above Act, we write to inform you of the new
aggregate shareholding in your company held by Britannic Investment Managers
Limited.

Following the disposal of 276,894 ordinary shares we now have an aggregate
holding of 6,349,497 ordinary shares as at 28 June 2002.  This represents a
