                  AGA EXPANDS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OPERATION                  

Aga announced today the acquisition of H C Troldahl from the administrators.
The cash consideration was �2.3m of which �0.9m was for fixed assets and the
balance for working capital. H C Troldahl is a well established provider of
service and installation work for the refrigeration and air conditioning
market. It operates from a purpose built 22,000 sq. ft warehouse and office
facility in Newcastle. The turnover for the year ended December 2001 was �8.3m.

In addition to its 60 experienced engineers it brings a well established design
and facilities management team. Troldahl will become part of our expanding
Serviceline operation and greatly enhances its geographic coverage.

Stephen Rennie, chief operating officer said today, "Troldahl is a well known
and established business with excellent people and facilities. The additional
engineers take our UK service team including Mono and Millers to over 300, the
largest in the industry."
