                                           COMPANY SECRETARIAL APPOINTMENTS                                            

Shaun Smith has been appointed Company Secretary in addition to his role as Finance Director. He is supported in the
new role by the two Assistant Company Secretaries - Pam Sissons and Sue Martin. He takes over from Deryck Solomon who
is leaving after 18 years with the Group.
