             APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR OF THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE

In accordance with LR 9.6.11 (3) the Company wishes to announce that Rebecca
Worthington has been appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee with
effect from 1st December 2013. Paul Dermody will continue in the role of Senior
Independent Director of the Company.
