AGA Rangemaster Group plc (the "Company"), confirms in accordance with Listing
Rule 9.6.11 that Paul Dermody has retired from the Board following the
conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

Paul served as a non-executive director of the Company for ten years and
chaired the Audit and Risk Committee from 2005 to 2013 and was Senior
Independent Director from October 2010.

John Coleman commented "The Board and management wish to thank Paul for his
valuable contributions to the Group and wise counsel over the last ten years.
We have very much enjoyed working with Paul and wish him every success for the
future."

The Board is currently searching for a further non-executive director/senior
independent director and an announcement regarding this appointment will be
made in due course.
