                       APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Aga Foodservice Group plc announces that Pam Sissons has been appointed Company
Secretary with immediate effect.  She has worked in the Group for five years,
the last two as Deputy Company Secretary.  Shaun Smith, Group Finance Director,
relinquishes, in accordance with best practice, the additional role of Company
Secretary.
