AGA Foodservice Group plc announces that on 16th November 2004, pursuant to the
passing of the resolution at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on
7th May 2004, it purchased through Collins Stewart 250,000 ordinary shares of
25p each in the Company at 249 pence per share. The purchase represents
approximately 0.20% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
