                              Director's Dealings


The Company was informed on 14 August 2006 that on 11 August 2006 Regional
Management Pty Ltd ("Regional Management"), in which Mark Caruso, Director, has
a beneficial interest, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company for a
total consideration of AUS$36,238. Regional Management now holds 794,168
ordinary shares, representing 0.29% of the issued share capital.
