Issue of Equity



Angus & Ross plc ("Angus & Ross" or "the Company") announces today the issue of
2,200,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each which the company has placed at a price
of 22 pence per share.


Application will be made today for the admission of these shares to trading on
AIM.


Following this issue there will be 141,377,203 ordinary shares in issue.  The
new shares will rank equally with existing shares and are expected to be
admitted to trading on AIM on or around 30 July 2007.
