    Angus & Ross plc announces that on 4th June 2008 Mr. Frank Chapman advised the Company of his decision to resign as a non-executive
director due to pressure of other business commitments. 


    Mr. Robin Andrews ( Chairman ) comments:

    "We are grateful for Frank Chapman's contribution during his time on the Board and fully understand his wish to devote more time to his
existing business"
