BIL International Limited ("BIL") announces that through its wholly owned
subsidiary, Inscribe Investments Limited, it has sold 391,000 shares of Fraser
and Neave Limited at the price of S$8.3072 per share.  BIL now holds 10.403% of
the paid-up capital of Fraser and Neave Limited.
