ALTIN : Passing away of Francesco Maria Rossi
Baar, 10 November 2011- ALTIN AG (SIX: ALTN, LSE: AIA), the
Swiss alternative investment company listed on the London and Swiss
stock exchanges, today announces the passing of Francesco Maria
Rossi, Member of the Board of Directors since 2001. The Board will
nominate a new Board member for approval at the next AGM on 25
April 2012.
The Board of Directors wishes to extend its deepest expressions
of sympathy to the family.
