Pursuant to Disclosure Rule 17 the Company was notified today that Ambrian
Capital plc is now interested in 6,457,706 ordinary shares which represents
49.96% of the ordinary shares of the Company, following the sale by Ambrian
Capital plc of 2,850,000 ordinary shares at 111 pence per share on 11 May 2007.
